What you will do

  • Leverage Goodtime and Workday to schedule interviews across global teams and deliver exceptional candidate experience
  • Act as power user for Workday and handle first-level HR administration
  • Run full onboarding process for new employees from offer to Day 1
  • Manage recruitment marketing, partnering with sites like BuiltIn for candidate content
  • Own the Summer Internship program, including recruiting top engineering talent and programming
  • Automate workflows for scheduling, communications, and onboarding to boost team efficiency

Requirements

  • 12+ months experience or internship in recruiting coordination or HR, preferably at a tech company
  • Incredibly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience prioritizing multiple tasks and functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative, process-driven mindset for improving workflows
  • Friendly, professional demeanor as frontline contact
  • Ability to build relationships in a hybrid environment across multiple offices

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI tools like Google Gemini or Kensho Spark Assist
