Salary: $62,400 - $82,000

What you will do
- Coordinate and schedule high-volume, complex interviews across multiple departments and time zones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a professional and positive experience.
- Manage recruitment paperwork, interview prep documents, and training materials.
- Maintain data integrity within the Workday ATS and identify process improvements for time efficiency.
- Support recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate the seamless progression of candidates.
- Organize Talent Acquisition team meetings and handle ad hoc projects to improve team strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative support, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Google productivity tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with Workday or Goodtime is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience engaging with all organizational levels, including senior management and executives.
