Location: Hybrid: Must be based in New York, NY (2 days onsite per week)

Salary: $62,400 - $82,000

What you will do

  • Coordinate and schedule high-volume, complex interviews across multiple departments and time zones.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a professional and positive experience.
  • Manage recruitment paperwork, interview prep documents, and training materials.
  • Maintain data integrity within the Workday ATS and identify process improvements for time efficiency.
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate the seamless progression of candidates.
  • Organize Talent Acquisition team meetings and handle ad hoc projects to improve team strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative support, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Google productivity tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with Workday or Goodtime is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience engaging with all organizational levels, including senior management and executives.
