• Manage administrative tasks across the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews and maintaining ATS data integrity.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to understand talent needs and drive hiring outcomes.
• Apply creative problem-solving to complex staffing challenges and enhance the candidate journey.
• Adapt to shifting priorities, technological changes, and maintain high communication standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree OR 4 years of professional experience in a corporate environment
• Minimum of 2 years in a recruiting or recruitment support role
• Direct experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under general supervision
