Salary: $85,500 – $105,000 USD

What you will do

• Facilitate workshops to elicit and document business processes and functional requirements.
• Author clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps.
• Partner with Product Managers to prioritize the Salesforce backlog and align with strategic roadmaps.
• Collaborate with administrators and developers to design scalable platform solutions.
• Lead UAT cycles and create end-user training materials.
• Coordinate project delivery and manage stakeholder relationships across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis and functional design within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security models, and declarative automation.
• Proven success leading functional phases of cross-functional Salesforce projects.
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Nohirify.globalofit Success Pack (NPSP) or non-profit donor engagement processes.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related integrations.
