Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and integrate scalable Salesforce solutions to enhance business processes and operational efficiency.
• Lead automation initiatives using Salesforce Flows and declarative tools to optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and conduct process discovery sessions.
• Manage Salesforce governance, including release management, system upgrades, and data quality standards.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau or Salesforce Analytics Studio to provide business insights.
• Support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications using approved patterns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and implementation experience, preferably in B2B environments.
• Minimum of 4 active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder).
• 4+ years of experience implementing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• 3+ years of Salesforce development or technical customization experience.
• Proficiency with integration technologies such as Web Services, CastIron, or Boomi.
• Must reside in the listed US states and possess US work authorization without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau or Salesforce Analytics Studio.
• Familiarity with ETL tools and data integration best practices.
