What you will do

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with hospitals, labs, and healthcare providers.
• Prospect and convert new users to the hirify.global product line.
• Manage product availability, delivery dates, and inventory levels for existing orders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor innovations, and provide feedback to the corporate office.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and execute rigorous lead follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and global quality regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5+ years of medical sales experience, with at least 3+ years specifically in medical device sales.
• Must reside within the Inland Empire (CA) region.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work in laboratory/cleanroom environments.
• Ability to wear 7-9 lbs of lead for extended periods and handle occasional 24/7 on-call availability.
• Strong clinical, technical, and organizational skills.
