Marketing Coordinator (Fixed Income & Capital Markets): Provide marketing coordination and execution support for FICM business with an accent on development, production, and maintenance of marketing materials, digital content, and communications. Focus on ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, aligned with branding and compliance standards, and supporting internal stakeholders.

Colorado Springs, CO / Denver, CO. This role is 100% in-office. Candidates must have the ability to work on-site, full-time, five days per week.

$26.20 - $33.75 an hour

What you will do

  • Execute marketing initiatives for FICM business, including advertising, digital content, presentations, and collateral materials.
  • Prepare, update, and distribute marketing materials ensuring brand consistency and compliance.
  • Support client-focused digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across the US.
  • Develop client relationships, consult on marketing programs, and collaborate with stakeholders on recommendations and improvements.
  • Prioritize marketing requests, manage campaigns, email tools, social media, press releases, and advertising plans.
  • Write copy for communications, participate in team meetings, and handle administrative marketing support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Journalism, Communications, or Graphic Design preferred, or equivalent internship.
  • 0–2 years of relevant marketing, communications, or internship experience.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in B2B marketing preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including copywriting.
  • Strong time-management, ability to handle multiple projects, tight deadlines, attention to detail.
  • Organized, collaborative, self-motivated, adaptable, creative thinker.
