What you will do

• Achieve clients’ fundraising and engagement goals.
• Provide customer service including reporting and invoicing.
• Research and develop online fundraising strategies and manage communications calendars.

• Collaborate with client teams to manage resources and timelines.
• Handle day-to-day client relationships and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Up to 3 years experience, including internships and part-time work
• Passion for good causes
• Excellent quantitative reasoning and data-driven decision making
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Ability to multitask in deadline-driven environment
• Initiative, good judgment, and collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Background in digital communications, fundraising, or marketing
