What you will do

• Rewrite and elevate CRM, email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging for cohesive brand voice
• Partner with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights to translate user needs into empathetic copy
• Own evolution of brand tone across organic and lifecycle touchpoints
• Conduct qualitative research and synthesize insights into resonant messaging
• Lead creative direction for brand campaigns, experiments, and community engagement on platforms like Reddit
• Contribute to positioning for new product launches and shape long-term storytelling strategies

Requirements

• 7+ years in creative marketing, copywriting, or brand storytelling, ideally in consumer tech or startups
• Proven expertise in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email, SMS, and product copywriting with measurable impact
• Exceptional writing portfolio showing clarity, creativity, and emotional resonance
• Strong understanding of audience development, brand positioning, and behavioral messaging
• Experience in fast-paced, data-informed environments aligning creativity with performance
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
