What you will do

• Convert high-level marketing objectives into platform-specific social strategies to drive engagement and ROI.
• Lead the integration of generative AI tools (Veo, Nano Banana, Flow) to automate repetitive production tasks.
• Act as the primary guardian of the brand's social voice, crafting high-impact copy for scripts and captions.
• Manage team resource allocation and optimize delivery infrastructure using Airtable, Figma, and Adobe.
• Refine production cycles to maximize high-velocity delivery without sacrificing quality.
• Partner with leadership to forecast staffing needs and report on department ROI and operational health.

Requirements

• 10+ years of social video production experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Expert copywriting skills for social-first formats, ranging from professional B2B to meme culture.
• Proven experience building unified, scalable workflows and social media strategies.
• Familiarity with leveraging Google’s generative AI models (Veo, Nano Banana, Flow).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
• Must be based in the USA.

• Experience working directly with creators and influencers to drive authentic engagement.
• Background in both low-fi mobile-first production and high-fidelity studio editing.
