Annual Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000

What you will do
- Plan, develop, and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid media, web, social, email, and programmatic channels.
- Manage end-to-end paid media initiatives, including budgeting, targeting, execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Implement programmatic and ABM advertising strategies using platforms like PulsePoint.
- Plan and manage social media advertising on LinkedIn and Meta, oversee ad scheduling, asset delivery, and performance tracking.
- Design, build, and optimize conversion-focused landing pages with UX best practices and A/B testing.
- Support SEO/SEM, email automation in Marketo, and analyze performance with Google Analytics to derive actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies while ensuring compliance with QMS and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field with 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or campaign management.
- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, social platforms).
- Experience with marketing automation (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce).
- Strong skills in campaign analytics and optimization (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Experience with landing page optimization, A/B testing, programmatic/ABM platforms.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, basic HTML/CSS, and CMS (e.g., WordPress).
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
