TL;DR

Field Reimbursement and Market Access Manager (Northwest): Manage and execute reimbursement strategies to facilitate patient access to Aquablation therapy for BPH treatment via robotic system with an accent on educating providers, mitigating reimbursement barriers, and optimizing market access. Focus on collaborating with sales teams, handling payer coverage and appeals, and conducting customer business reviews.

Location: Remote, USA only (Seattle WA / Portland OR / Denver CO / Minneapolis MN / Salt Lake City UT); field-based with up to 60% travel; US-based candidates only (Citizen / Permanent Resident required)

Salary: $133,520 - $157,080 a year + 15% annual bonus + RSUs

What you will do

  • Educate and train hospitals/practices on coding, coverage, payment, and patient authorization processes.
  • Organize reimbursement education meetings for customers.
  • Serve as primary reimbursement resource for customers and field sales teams.
  • Work with patients on insurance coverage and payer appeals.
  • Analyze and present customer financial data in business reviews.
  • Collaborate with sales, clinicians, administrators, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years medical device reimbursement/health economics experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of US private payers and Medicare.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience collaborating with field sales teams.
  • Comfortable with virtual work and up to 60% travel; proximity to major airport preferred.
  • Must meet physical demands including occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
