Biotechnology company developing investigational COMP360 psilocybin therapy for mental health conditions including treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, and anorexia nervosa.
What you will do
- Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of Territory Account Managers.
- Foster a high-accountability culture promoting coaching, development, and collaboration.
- Drive regional execution of commercial launch strategy and expand the treatment ecosystem.
- Build strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, behavioral health systems, and KOLs.
- Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Support.
- Analyze performance metrics, manage budgets, and conduct field coaching.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred).
- 8-10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience.
- 5+ years of first-line sales leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success launching specialty or neuroscience therapies.
- Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets.
- Experience with therapies requiring site certification, REMS, or specialized administration.
Nice to have
- Background working with IDNs, academic medical centers, and specialty treatment sites.
- Experience building teams in startup or pre-launch biotech environments.
