TL;DR

Location: Remote - Any State US

Salary: From $235,000 to $245,000 per year

Biopharmaceutical company developing novel oncology therapeutics to improve quality of life and survival for cancer patients.

What you will do

  • Develop thought leader strategy and execution plan for Taletrectinib commercial launch.
  • Build and manage TL interactions in lung cancer, including US TL lists, engagements, and communications.
  • Maintain relationships with TLs as primary marketing contact and support HCP engagement plans.
  • Identify and engage promotional speakers for regional and national events.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and manage key accounts.
  • Lead insight collection from TLs via direct engagements, advisory boards, and events.
  • Manage peer-to-peer programs including vendor coordination, speaker training, and contracting.
  • Develop and track success metrics for TL engagement strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent
  • 10+ years in pharmaceutical industry with TL relationship building
  • Field-Based/Regional Marketing/TL experience required
  • Oncology experience required, emphasis on lung cancer
  • Ability to travel up to 65% of the time
  • Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
  • Proven innovation and strategy development

Nice to have

  • Experience in sales, sales management, and marketing
  • Experience organizing advisory boards and conventions
