What you will do

• Build, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
• Analyze daily ad performance using Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager to identify improvement areas.
• Adjust bidding strategies, placements, and audience targeting to enhance conversion rates and cost-per-response (CPR).
• Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to develop engaging ad copy and creative assets.
• Perform keyword research for search campaigns and refine social/display targeting strategies.
• Generate performance reports and provide strategic insights on trends and wins.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and PPC advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Paid Search (Google/Bing) or Paid Social (LinkedIn/Reddit/Meta).
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
