What you will do

• Prepare sales strategies and Technical Service Key Account Plans using internal and external data.
• Analyze and follow up on sales opportunities to promote services in collaboration with account managers.
• Manage operational customer relationships through structured communication.
• Analyze customer satisfaction results and coordinate service events.
• Oversee the execution and fulfillment of service contracts and resource confirmation.
• Handle customer inquiries and channel them into the appropriate organization functions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Customer Service.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field.
• Fluent Polish and English language knowledge is a must.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is considered an asset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
