What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, owning P&L performance and delivering targets
- Lead annual negotiations, monthly business updates, and sales & operations planning
- Implement company strategies into customer plans, anticipating needs and identifying growth opportunities
- Manage end-to-end order-to-cash process, collaborating with Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain
- Drive Gross-to-Net optimization and execution excellence across all touchpoints
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in Key Account Management or Sales
- Experience in FMCG, preferably modern trade/drugstore channels
- Understanding of make-up categories (asset)
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Advanced MS Office, especially Excel
- Very good command of English and Polish
