What you will do

• Execute high-volume outbound strategies to acquire new business and land new logos.
• Collaborate with channel partners and sales engineers to co-sell, register deals, and drive revenue.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to protect and grow existing accounts.
• Lead full sales cycle from discovery and technical validation to contract negotiation.
• Develop territory strategies to penetrate key accounts and expand hirify.global presence.
• Manage pipeline, quoting, and forecasting to consistently overachieve targets.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Polish
• Experience covering accounts in the CEE and Poland region
• 1–2+ years in tech sales or business development; cybersecurity experience a plus
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong presentation and communication skills to convey technical value
• Self-motivated with operational discipline and time management
