Location: Remote (Central Eastern Europe). Fluent in Polish and English required.

What you will do
- Partner with enterprise customers in CEE to deploy use cases across speech models, creative tools, and AI Agents.
- Administer onboarding and enablement, advising on best practices for web, mobile, and backend deployments.
- Analyze usage and performance signals to identify friction points and unblock platform adoption.
- Own commercial outcomes including Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and New Product Expansion.
- Drive renewals and upsells by identifying expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and CS leadership to convert technical success into revenue growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management for B2B SaaS, Dev Tools, or AI/ML products.
- Proven track record of owning revenue quotas, managing renewals, and closing cross-sell opportunities.
- Deep understanding of the CEE market landscape and cultural nuances.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents.
- Technical proficiency with API integrations and navigating SDKs.
- Fluency in Polish and English is mandatory.
