TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (AI): Driving adoption and commercial growth for enterprise customers in Central Eastern Europe with an accent on multi-product adoption of AI voice models and agents. Focus on identifying expansion opportunities, managing renewals, and solving technical integration challenges via APIs and SDKs.

Location: Remote (Central Eastern Europe). Fluent in Polish and English required.

What you will do

  • Partner with enterprise customers in CEE to deploy use cases across speech models, creative tools, and AI Agents.
  • Administer onboarding and enablement, advising on best practices for web, mobile, and backend deployments.
  • Analyze usage and performance signals to identify friction points and unblock platform adoption.
  • Own commercial outcomes including Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and New Product Expansion.
  • Drive renewals and upsells by identifying expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and CS leadership to convert technical success into revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management for B2B SaaS, Dev Tools, or AI/ML products.
  • Proven track record of owning revenue quotas, managing renewals, and closing cross-sell opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of the CEE market landscape and cultural nuances.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents.
  • Technical proficiency with API integrations and navigating SDKs.
  • Fluency in Polish and English is mandatory.
