What you will do
- Lead strategic execution of initiatives across multiple client accounts to align with organizational goals.
- Oversee all post-sales service and support activities to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on account financial performance and implement corrective actions.
- Hold project management teams accountable for end-to-end execution in the order-to-cash process.
- Define and maintain KPIs to assess process efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop high-quality presentation materials for customer business reviews and critical meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, general management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or construction in a customer-facing role.
- Proven experience directly managing and developing other employees.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent financial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Legal authorization to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in the Data Center industry and knowledge of Power and Thermal products.
- MBA or other advanced degree and/or professional certification.
