What you will do

• Lead strategic execution of initiatives across multiple client accounts to align with organizational goals.
• Oversee all post-sales service and support activities to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on account financial performance and implement corrective actions.
• Hold project management teams accountable for end-to-end execution in the order-to-cash process.
• Define and maintain KPIs to assess process efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop high-quality presentation materials for customer business reviews and critical meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, general management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or construction in a customer-facing role.
• Proven experience directly managing and developing other employees.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent financial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the Data Center industry and knowledge of Power and Thermal products.
• MBA or other advanced degree and/or professional certification.
