What you will do

• Translate customer needs into services projects, develop proposals, and execute them including upgrades on packaging lines.
• Evaluate technical feasibility and risks, determining support needs from Supply Chain and PM&D.
• Act as integrator for projects, proposing additional services to ensure success and customer satisfaction.
• Manage Quality-Cost-Delivery from pre-contracting to Customer Acceptance Verification (CAV).
• Handle project crises, coordinate on-site technicians, and ensure HSE&S compliance.
• Support sales with proposals, presentations, and provide accurate project reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or related field.
• 5+ years experience with project management and strong technical expertise in industrial maintenance or packaging sectors.
• Proven project management experience in industrial maintenance or packaging.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documents like operating instructions and assembly drawings.
• Knowledge of staff management, risk management, and finance for non-financial managers.
• Proficiency in English (French or Spanish assets).
• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
• Willingness to travel within the Americas region as required.
