TL;DR

Project Manager: Managing the project lifecycle for high-priority initiatives using GPPM processes with an accent on resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, and compliance. Focus on developing project scopes, mitigating risks, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery on schedule, cost, and quality metrics.

Location: Hybrid in Arlington, TX or San Antonio, TX, United States (2 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Serve as project manager for high-priority projects, applying enterprise GPPM processes.
• Assemble resources, develop scopes, and establish metrics for successful delivery.
• Engage stakeholders on status, present RAID logs, and manage change processes.
• Coach cross-functional teams to meet goals, resolve issues, and ensure quality/compliance.
• Support PMO reporting and stay aware of industry trends in project management.

Requirements

• 2-4 years in project management on large/complex projects
• Proven knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with business case preparation, cost-benefit analysis, and Agile/Scrum preferred.
• Advanced PPM software skills (Planview preferred); MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree or PMP/Agile certifications preferred.
