Salary: $365,000 - $485,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage integrated master plans for DC sites, coordinating power ramp, design, construction, and deployment into a single schedule.
• Develop and maintain the datacenter capacity catalog to support execution orchestration and steady-state capacity planning.
• Define and execute stage gates and decision locks for cluster delivery from lease execution to handover.
• Build automation and tooling for planning flow-down and data pipelines using AI-assisted development.
• Drive portfolio reviews and surface schedule risks across cross-functional pillars.

Requirements

• Deep familiarity with the full datacenter buildout lifecycle: pipeline, design, sourcing, construction, and deployment.
• Experience running integrated portfolio or master-schedule planning for large-scale capital projects.
• Proven track record of building stage-gate or decision-lock systems from scratch.
• Ability to develop planning dashboards and automation tools using AI-assisted development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in the US to comply with the location-based hybrid policy.

Nice to have

• Experience building portfolio planning functions at a hyperscaler or large industrial owner.
• Exposure to capacity planning or S&OP processes connecting demand forecast to physical builds.
• Experience product-managing internal planning, workflow, or scheduling systems.
