Location: Hamburg, Germany
Compensation: EUR 85,000 - EUR 120,000 yearly

What you will do
- Own and manage 5-10 enterprise customer relationships from a technical perspective
- Act as trusted advisor on platform usage, integration best practices, and architecture decisions
- Translate customer requirements into feature requests and influence product roadmaps
- Map business needs to product features and drive adoption
- Coordinate technical escalations with solution engineering, support, and product teams
- Lead QBRs, integration reviews, and roadmap alignment workshops
- Monitor platform health, usage, and KPIs; recommend improvements
- Partner with Key Account Managers, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales
Requirements
- Located in Hamburg, Germany or willing to relocate
- 5+ years in enterprise ecommerce, SaaS platforms, or digital consulting
- Proven experience in technical customer-facing role (Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, Senior Consultant)
- Deep understanding of ecommerce architectures: storefronts, APIs, OMS, PIM, CMS, ERP integrations
- Familiarity with headless commerce and MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless)
- Ability to read architecture diagrams, API documentation, technical specifications
- Hands-on with REST, GraphQL, webhooks integrations
- Experience with monitoring tools, incident processes, SLAs
Nice to have
- Experience in ecommerce platform migrations or replatforming
- Background in pre-sales engineering or post-sales consulting
- Familiarity with , Salesforce Commerce Cloud, CommerceTools, SAP Commerce Cloud, Shopify Plus
- Understanding of international ecommerce challenges (localization, tax, fulfillment, compliance)
- Fluency in German
