What you will do

  • Drive revenue through data by building dashboards and reports to identify growth levers and SaaS KPIs.
  • Own GTM toolstack including Attio, Clay, Calendly, Aircall with integrations to BigQuery and Segment.
  • Optimize sales processes with CRM automations and playbooks.
  • Support commercial campaigns with Sales and Marketing, tracking results and iterating.
  • Develop data-backed sales forecasts and pipeline models.
  • Align with Product, Marketing, and Sales for shared metrics and transparency.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English
  • 3–5 years in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS.
  • Deep SaaS metrics expertise.
  • Experience with Hubspot, Clay, Aircall, Calendly.
  • SQL proficiency for automations and tracking.
  • Analytical skills for complex datasets and scalable processes.
