What you will do
- Drive revenue through data by building dashboards and reports to identify growth levers and SaaS KPIs.
- Own GTM toolstack including Attio, Clay, Calendly, Aircall with integrations to BigQuery and Segment.
- Optimize sales processes with CRM automations and playbooks.
- Support commercial campaigns with Sales and Marketing, tracking results and iterating.
- Develop data-backed sales forecasts and pipeline models.
- Align with Product, Marketing, and Sales for shared metrics and transparency.
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- 3–5 years in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS.
- Deep SaaS metrics expertise.
- Experience with Hubspot, Clay, Aircall, Calendly.
- SQL proficiency for automations and tracking.
- Analytical skills for complex datasets and scalable processes.
