What you will do

• Lead, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives and projects
• Identify and develop locally relevant marketing initiatives
• Generate new local leads to support the marketplace model
• Collaborate with marketing, tech, logistics, and customer service teams
• Implement measures to improve customer experience
• Manage internal and external service providers and stakeholders
• Monitor local performance and store KPIs
• Support Markets Team with content analysis, business cases, and optimizations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in e-commerce or fashion industry
• High level of motivation and structured, independent work style
• Excellent analytical skills and business sense
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
