What you will do

  • Build and execute territory strategies to create net-new pipelines through outbound prospecting and partner motions.
  • Lead multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with CFO/CIO and procurement leadership using insight-led selling.
  • Own the complete commercial process including business case development, pricing, negotiation, and contracting.
  • Coordinate with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success to ensure technical alignment and smooth handoffs.
  • Position the product against OCR/RPA and process mining tools using an end-to-end narrative.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS selling with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Expertise in running insight-led enterprise sales cycles and mobilizing buying committees.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to navigate complex procurement processes with CFOs and CIOs.
  • Proficiency in MEDDICC-style qualification and disciplined forecasting.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Must be based in Germany.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ERP/SAP (S/4, ECC) or selling into finance/procurement transformations.
  • Background in selling automation platforms such as RPA, IDP, or process mining.
  • Experience managing global enterprise rollouts and multi-country stakeholders.
