What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting from resume reviews and screening calls to interview scheduling, offer extension, and onboarding.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers, especially in Equity Capital Markets, and provide hiring metrics and updates.
  • Oversee Investment Banking and Equity Research internship programs, including planning, execution, events, and feedback.
  • Attend campus events, manage recruiting logistics, and develop talent databases via LinkedIn and outreach.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Human Capital, Compliance, and IT for hiring processes.
  • Travel to offices, team events, and colleges as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in financial or professional services.
  • Experience with diverse roles including early-career and professional hiring.
  • Strong screening, interviewing, and candidate pipeline management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, project-management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Nice to have

  • Experience managing internship or university recruiting programs.
