Salary: $96,300 - $107,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute regional growth strategy aligned to adoption goals
- Build and manage pipeline of district opportunities from outreach to commitment
- Lead consultative conversations with superintendents, curriculum directors, and CTOs
- Navigate district decision-making, procurement cycles, and cultivate internal champions
- Leverage events like Hour of AI, policy developments, and peer connections for adoption
- Monitor usage, re-engage lapsed districts, and maintain CRM data
- Represent at conferences and events
Requirements
- 3-5 years selling EdTech/SaaS to K-12 administrators and managing pipelines
- Demonstrated success in multi-stakeholder sales and executive presentations
- Experience with K-12 curriculum adoption/procurement processes
- Strong data analysis for strategy, initiative, and operating in long sales cycles
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident; work within U.S.; pass background check

- Familiarity with CS education, digital equity, or workforce readiness
- Experience at conferences or with mission-driven organizations
