What you will do

• Act as primary strategic partner to clients, building relationships and ensuring goal achievement and satisfaction
• Collaborate with content marketers, PR specialists, SEOs, and designers to deliver performance-driven results
• Leverage insights from content, PR, and SEO to optimize performance and demonstrate measurable growth
• Manage client account portfolios as the main point of contact
• Develop and execute tailored, data-grounded strategies aligned with client objectives
• Create reports, track KPIs, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to expand engagement

Requirements

• 3+ years in agency role managing SEO, Content Marketing, and/or Digital PR accounts
• Proven client partnership skills with trust, communication, and results delivery
• Ability to translate goals into actionable content/SEO/PR strategies for organic growth
• Excellent written/verbal communication for presenting strategies and results
• Strong organization to manage multiple accounts, projects, and deadlines
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for data analysis and reporting
• Cross-functional experience with content, SEO, PR teams
