What you will do
- Act as primary point of contact for key accounts, lead client calls, deliver reports, and manage expectations
- Oversee full project lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor budgets, and track performance
- Guide digital marketing strategy in SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content to meet KPIs and drive ROI
- Lead, mentor, and develop the account management team with processes, check-ins, and ownership culture
- Develop integrated strategies, ensure brand consistency, and support campaign launches and growth opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years in agency account management
- 2+ years in senior or leadership role managing teams
- Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social, email, analytics)
- Proven experience with enterprise or high-value client accounts
- Exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills
- Experience with Slack, project tools, and reporting dashboards
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related (preferred)
Nice to have
- Experience in event marketing, experiential, or live marketing
- Familiarity with creative production (design, video, web)
- Background in brand strategy and storytelling
- Experience in new business pitches and account growth
