What you will do

  • Develop and implement customized account strategies aligned with client business objectives
  • Identify upsell opportunities, secure renewals, and demonstrate value through consistent communication
  • Manage client relationships as primary liaison, building trust and addressing concerns
  • Oversee portfolio of 20-40 clients, ensuring deliverables and coordinating with Client Success Managers
  • Track performance metrics, analyze SEO data, and provide strategic insights and recommendations
  • Represent at client events and create personalized client experiences

Requirements

  • 3+ years client-facing experience in agency setting focused on SEO, local SEO, or digital marketing
  • Proven track record managing relationships and driving retention
  • Experience developing and executing organic SEO strategies
  • Strong understanding of Google Business Profile optimization and local search marketing
  • Experience analyzing SEO performance data and communicating insights
  • Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, HubSpot, and project management tools

  • Experience in legal, medical, or dental industries
