What you will do
- Develop and implement customized account strategies aligned with client business objectives
- Identify upsell opportunities, secure renewals, and demonstrate value through consistent communication
- Manage client relationships as primary liaison, building trust and addressing concerns
- Oversee portfolio of 20-40 clients, ensuring deliverables and coordinating with Client Success Managers
- Track performance metrics, analyze SEO data, and provide strategic insights and recommendations
- Represent at client events and create personalized client experiences
Requirements
- 3+ years client-facing experience in agency setting focused on SEO, local SEO, or digital marketing
- Proven track record managing relationships and driving retention
- Experience developing and executing organic SEO strategies
- Strong understanding of Google Business Profile optimization and local search marketing
- Experience analyzing SEO performance data and communicating insights
- Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, HubSpot, and project management tools
