What you will do

• Manage and nurture 25–30 client accounts across various industries.
• Translate technical digital marketing updates into clear, client-friendly communication.
• Act as the main point of contact for client queries, updates, and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal team to ensure on-time project deliverables.
• Prioritize requests based on impact and team capacity.
• Proactively report progress and updates using ClickUp.
• Track campaign performance and provide insightful reports with recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years as Account Manager, Client Success Manager or related.
• Experience working in digital marketing agencies is required.
• Fluent in English, oral and written.
• Proficiency in organizational tools and CRMs like ClickUp, GoHighLevel.
• Solid understanding of web design, SEO, and Google Ads.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
