What you will do

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for assigned industrial or plant operations.
• Oversee plant-level cost controlling, including cost centers, overhead absorption, inventory valuation, and productivity KPIs.
• Support monthly close activities, ensure reconciliations, and prepare financial reporting packages.
• Partner with plant managers and functional leaders to support cost management and operational performance.
• Analyze manufacturing variances and operational drivers to escalate risks and improvement opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and standardization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Industrial Finance.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong cost accounting and variance analysis skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and reporting tools.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the United States
