What you will do

• Maintain and manage AP/AR ledgers ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Process invoices, payments, credits, adjustments, and customer statements
• Research, reconcile, and resolve discrepancies and variances
• Follow up on outstanding balances and support collections
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, year-end closes and reconciliations
• Support audit preparation, vendor/customer onboarding, and cross-departmental needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in AP/AR functions
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with accounting software; QuickBooks Online preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-state sales tax filing and reporting
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Exposure to treasury or cash management
• Experience with ERP systems beyond QuickBooks
