What you will do

• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable for multiple construction projects, including progress billing and change order invoicing.
• Monitor and track retainage balances to ensure timely release of funds.
• Post payments and reconcile customer accounts using QuickBooks Online.
• Prepare and track conditional and unconditional lien waivers.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to resolve billing disputes and verify accuracy.
• Generate AR aging reports and support month-end close and audit procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in the Construction industry is required.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
• Knowledge of AIA progress billing, retainage, and job cost tracking.
• Ability to handle professional collections and customer account reconciliation.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Hershey, PA.
