What you will do

  • Support Sales in creating tailored solutions and demos for prospective customers.
  • Articulate customer feedback to Product and monitor use cases through proposals and contracting.
  • Own internal solution creation processes and become expert on customer businesses.
  • Act as project manager post-contract, coordinating with customer teams, Product, and Engineering on software specifications.
  • Deliver technical presentations, discuss integrations, and recommend platform features.
  • Manage multiple implementations (10-15), ensure product delivery on time, and build customer rapport.

Requirements

  • Min. 3 years as Implementation Specialist, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar at product-customer intersection.
  • Min. 3 years in SaaS/cloud environment; past healthcare industry experience required.
  • Strong project management, communication, and ability to handle fast-paced startup scenarios with tight deadlines.
  • Software product knowledge for use case discovery and roadmap input; technical skills for API/integration discussions.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, problem-solving, and passion for healthcare improvement.
