What you will do

  • Architect, configure, and develop Certinia PSA solutions to optimize resource management, project tracking, and financial operations.
  • Lead end-to-end PSA implementations aligned with business goals and best practices.
  • Customize functionalities using declarative tools, workflows, and Apex development.
  • Provide technical leadership on PSA best practices, data structures, and reporting.
  • Develop solution architectures, system integrations, and data migration strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver efficient solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, PSA implementation, and solution design.
  • Deep expertise in Certinia PSA configuration, optimization, and customization.
  • Strong understanding of project management, resource planning, time tracking, and financial processes in PSA.
  • Experience integrating Certinia PSA with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Certinia PSA development including workflows, automation, and Apex.
  • Ability to lead client workshops, gather requirements, and communicate with stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Certinia OIM (Order & Inventory Management).
  • Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows).
  • Certifications in Certinia PSA, Salesforce, or related technologies.
  • Experience with multi-cloud integrations and API management.
