What you will do

• Define and drive the long-term technical roadmap for Salesforce, prioritizing security, performance, and multi-year scalability.
• Design and optimize complex Lead-to-Cash flows and integrations between Salesforce and systems like NetSuite and Marketing Automation.
• Lead the integration strategy across GTM applications to ensure data integrity and real-time synchronization.
• Establish development governance, including coding standards for Apex/LWC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify and resolve architectural technical debt through actionable modernization strategies.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR stakeholders to ensure technical projects enable company-wide growth goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 3 years as a Technical or Solutions Architect.
• Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and complex security models.
• Hands-on experience integrating applications using Boomi.
• Proven track record of implementing Salesforce CPQ within a SaaS or Fintech environment.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Boston, MA.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential.
• Multiple Designer certifications (e.g., Data Architecture, Integration Architecture).
