Focus on developing integrations with 3rd party tools, supporting internal tools, and setting standards for deployment, testing, and coding.

Location: Anywhere, USA (10-15% travel as needed)

Salary: $130,000-$150,000

What you will do

• Lead delivery of custom solutions on hirify.global or Salesforce by discovering, designing, testing, and deploying to production.
• Develop integrations with 3rd party tools for customers.
• Partner with services, product, and sales teams for implementations, roadmap recommendations, and best practices.
• Build internal tools to support team success.
• Provide technical leadership on integration, app development, deployment, testing, and coding standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years in project-based delivery of custom software solutions and integrations
• Expert-level Salesforce knowledge, including Apex, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components
• Working knowledge of client-side development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Knockout)
• Force.com sites, Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs as advantage
• Proven ability to lead customer meetings and workshops
• Ability to travel 10-15% as needed and safe
• Familiarity with cross-functional teams (product management and professional services)
• Desire to document, templatize, automate, and scale processes
• Willingness to mentor others
