What you will do

• Architect and design scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud following best practices.
• Develop custom pages, components, and APIs using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Lead the integration of Salesforce with external enterprise systems (ERP, CMS) using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Establish and enforce code quality, governance, and CI/CD best practices using Copado and Git.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and designers to translate requirements into technical documentation.
• Mentor developers and admins, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development and architecture.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional technical teams or managing Salesforce projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, LWR, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CLI (DX IDE), SOQL/SOSL, and DevOps tools such as Copado.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.
• Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills
