Transportation Analyst

Salary: $70,500–$89,000 annually

What you will do

• Handle import/export documentation, ensure CBP compliance, and maintain HTS codes in SAP ERP.
• Act as liaison with stakeholders, customers, carriers, and governmental agencies.
• Validate customs broker invoices, resolve disputes, and manage payments.
• Lead large-scale projects from import to site delivery and track KPIs for shipments and freight quotes.
• Enter shipments into TMS, perform system maintenance, and conduct data analysis on costs and services.
• Stay updated on regulations, train employees, and support Transportation Coordinators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• More than 5 years in transportation on carrier or shipper side
• Knowledge of all carrier modes (air, parcel, ocean, FTL, LTL, flatbed)
• Proven carrier management experience
• MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint); SAP/TMS preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail
