What you will do

• Lead onsite customer team(s), handling interviewing, hiring, coaching, counseling, and disciplining while enforcing policies and standards.
• Manage P&L statement to achieve or exceed budgeted profitability goals for the local site.
• Drive contractual commitments like customer cost savings and key performance indicators.
• Deliver urgent customer service to external and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure customer adherence to payment terms.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in supply chain management, wholesale/industrial distribution, manufacturing, or similar (indirect materials a plus).
• 2+ years staff management with proven team leadership.
• Strong customer relationship development skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of manufacturing applications for cost savings.
• Financial and business acumen, including P&L interpretation and management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn company software.
