What you will do

• Support and optimize global logistics including transportation, freight management, import/export compliance, and distribution.
• Manage duty drawback and customs refund programs across regions, ensuring accurate claims and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with customs brokers, trade compliance, finance, and operations for classification, documentation, and reconciliation.
• Track, analyze, and report logistics metrics, freight costs, and savings; drive continuous improvements.
• Build relationships with logistics providers and support audits with authorities like CBP and CBSA.
• Prepare financial analyses for optimization and contribute to logistics harmonization and digital transformation.

Requirements

• 5–7 years in logistics, international trade, or customs compliance in global manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, or related.
• Hands-on experience with duty-drawback claims (US or Canada).
• Strong knowledge of import/export, Incoterms, trade regulations (CBP, CBSA, ITAR/EAR preferred).
• Experience with ERP (SAP preferred), advanced Excel, data analytics; Power BI a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration in fast-paced environment.
