What you will do

• Serve as Buyer of Record with authority to negotiate terms, labor rates, and payment structures for R&D materials and services.
• Act as primary contact for R&D teams and suppliers, resolving supply chain bottlenecks and crises independently.
• Manage contracts, purchase orders, and agreements including expirations, extensions, and renewals in collaboration with Legal.
• Drive process improvements, implement site-level agreements, create SOPs, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
• Handle end-to-end procurement in SAP, track KPIs, and standardize global processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience with SAP or similar procurement systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Deep knowledge of Procure-to-Pay cycles and contract negotiation.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently under pressure.
