What you will do

• Analyze customer accounts and identify payment issues
• Generate and distribute customer invoices, enter wholesale orders
• Reconcile customer and vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies
• Follow up on and apply customer payments, process vendor invoices
• Support employee expense reports and prepare sales/use tax returns
• Prepare journal entries in QuickBooks Online and assist with month-end close

Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting or finance experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Online
