What you will do

• Stay ahead of European logistics trends and perform deep-dive competitor analysis.
• Identify and engage shipping providers meeting unique business needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential partners around Europe.
• Negotiate and secure contracts balancing cost, margins, and customer experience.
• Monitor carrier performance and enforce SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal Shipping Network product team and influence KPIs/OKRs.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Partnership Management in logistics/shipping.
• Proven track record of complex deals and vendor performance management.
• Proactive attitude as strong individual contributor in collaborative team.
• Business-oriented mindset focused on results.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
