What you will do

• Design and develop electro-mechanical subsystems for both prototype and production-intent autonomous vehicles.
• Define and implement communication systems such as CAN (J1939, CANOpen), SPI, I2C, USB, and RS-232.
• Collaborate on the overall electrical architecture and the integration of electronics into vehicles.
• Design safety-critical system elements, PCB layouts, and schematic designs.
• Perform Verification and Validation (V&V) of electrical systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers to transition development designs into full production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with electrical drawings, parts management, and board prototyping.
• Strong foundation in the fundamentals of electrical engineering.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Work Format: Must be able to work full-time on-site in Dallas, TX.
