What you will do

• Provide expert-level diagnostics and resolution for complex inverter, communication, and medium voltage product failures.
• Partner with Field Service, Technical Support, R&D, Engineering, and Quality teams for case resolution and recurring issue escalation.
• Document findings, contribute to knowledge base, and support root cause analysis for product improvement.
• Act as SME for customer escalations and leadership forums.
• Develop and deliver technical training to build support team capabilities.
• Support new product introductions for troubleshooting readiness.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in technical or electrical field (Bachelor's preferred).
• Minimum 5 years in technical product support or field service, with inverter/communication product experience.
• Strong written/verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to analyze/resolve complex technical problems and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with medium voltage systems.
• NABCEP certification.
• Experience supporting large-scale solar or energy storage systems.
• German/Spanish proficiency.
• Ability to travel domestically.
