What you will do
- Review, triage, and respond to maintenance tickets using Happy Force software
- Coach residents through basic fixes via SMS and written messaging following standard procedures
- Collect information for escalations to on-site teams
- Communicate with property teams on operations, updates, and escalations
- Guide residents on mitigation steps to prevent damage
- Participate in feedback sessions for product and process improvements
- Collaborate daily with other technicians and leads via Zoom
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of on-site residential maintenance experience
- Fluent written English and strong grammar skills
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Google Docs) or willingness to learn
- Strong understanding of resident-property-maintenance team dynamics
- Ability to assess issue types, priorities, and troubleshoot basic maintenance efficiently
- Upbeat, empathetic personality with desire to help others
